I had such a great experience coming to this beauty supply store! They have an overwhelming amount of products - I didn’t have time to walk through the entire store but they had exactly what I needed. I bought the wrong pack of hair and brought it back next day to exchange and a lady ( I believe one of the owners ) assisted me and even helped me get a discount for the item I was exchanging. Overall customer service was great. They helped me find exactly what i needed and helped me save money. You won’t be disappointed with the variety of products this store carries.

I had a very disappointing experience at Super Beauty. The customer service was unprofessional and unhelpful. My mother-in-law had an issue with a listed price on a product — the price displayed was different from what she was charged. When we brought it up, instead of honoring the listed price or even trying to resolve the issue respectfully, the Asian Guy changed the price behind her back with no explanation or accountability. We also took a picture. His eyes widened and he walked away! (The girls that work there are nice.) This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially when it seems targeted or dismissive toward Black customers. We deserve to shop in places where we're respected and treated fairly. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Super Beauty, particularly to members

This store has an amazing variety of bonnets, wig caps, sleep caps, and head wraps! The shelves are fully stocked with high-quality products in different styles and colors. Whether you need a satin bonnet, a mesh wrap, or a wig cap, you’ll definitely find what you’re looking for. Everything is well-organized, making shopping super easy. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great hair accessories!

This store has everything you need!! The hair section looks like an exhibition, something straight out of a magazine. I was in the store for hours looking at hair. Anddddd they have a whole section dedicated to kids! Love it
