I cannot recommend Nina enough! From the moment I walk in, she makes the whole experience feel so relaxing and comfortable. She always tucks me in with a cozy blanket, and I usually end up falling asleep because I’m that comfortable. Not only is she incredibly talented and consistent with my lashes, but she’s also such a sweet and kind person. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and wants you to feel taken care of. My lashes always look amazing, and the vibe is just peaceful every single time. If you’re looking for someone who delivers beautiful results and a relaxing experience, she’s your girl!

I had an amazing experience at Beauty Touch Spa in Winchester, San Jose. Nina is truly one of the best estheticians I’ve ever met. I got my lash extensions done by her and they look absolutely flawless — soft, lightweight, and very natural. She takes her time to design lashes that match your eye shape and explains everything clearly. The spa is very clean, relaxing, and professional. I also booked waxing with Emily and she is incredible! She is gentle, fast, and makes you feel completely comfortable. Her technique is precise and almost painless. I had my first Microcurrent facial treatment at Beauty Touch Spa. Nina is very knowledgeable and experienced. She explains everything - the product, what it does, how it's going to feel, every step of the way. Besides my face, she also worked on my shoulders, neck, arms, hands, fingers - relieving all the tightness. She asked if the massage pressure was okay, as she remembered that I had asked for a softer massage before. The calming music, the fragrant aroma, and the warm towels all added to a peaceful and relaxing experience. At the end of the treatment, I felt so refreshed and rejuvenated and my breathing also felt much deeper and fuller. I will have to treat myself again to Nina's wonderful, professional service soon.
