Booked an appointment which was easy and on time. Store was organized and clean. Service was very nice and I am grateful to have been taken care of here. I showed the staff images of what I was looking for. Their interpretation was just as great. They added cool variations to it as shown in the photos and were meticulous when it came to the nail art and gel x. Received many compliments. The pedicure spa treatment was excellent too. Thank you so much

Hasn’t Eve been 2 weeks and my nails magically popped off . Spent 100 something dollars for gel x nails that are supposed to last longer than acrylic nails . Disappointed ain’t the word 😂 sticking with my acrylic nails from now on !!

This nail salon is an absolute hidden gem! The service is excellent from start to finish — everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The salon is spotless which immediately makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. The staff truly pay attention to detail and my nails came out absolutely perfect. It’s rare to find a place that combines such professionalism with a warm inviting atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to everyone I know!

My girlfriend started coming here after her friends recommended this place, the first couple times it was great, she went in for her first pedicure here and noticed when she got home that the lady did not even paint it well, there was paint chipping off which shouldn’t even happen with gel. She just got it done yesterday and this is what it looks like today. I recommend looking elsewhere and not coming here, very dissatisfied because it’s really not cheap to get nails done in general

Been coming here for years but recently they’re experiencing staffing issues and Bobby is out so the quality of their work and their customer service has gone down EXPONENTIALLY. I came in to get an aura manicure (see picture) and one of the nails techs (a young male - he looked new) rushed my manicure and did a terrible job. The design was completely off - even after I gently asked if he could do it more like the photo multiple times but he just rushed the job and kept saying it’s done. I came back the next day because I noticed all of the nails had air bubbles and looked terrible and they all literally ignored me and shood me away telling me “they’re too busy come back later.” It’s fine to say that but there’s a way to say it and to treat a paying customer with respect.
