Arrived at 7:50 and the store posting says it closes at 8…. Store is completely locked down smh we go here all the time and its getting so bad. Sad

This store was TERRIBLE. There are definitely much better options than this store. The whole time we had workers following us around and make the experience very uncomfortable. On top of that the store employees accused us of stealing after they had followed up and knew we didn’t.

Latrice J was very helpful prprofessional. She greeted as I walked through the door. I needed a few products for my short pixie and she directed me to the aisle where I could find them. Im very grateful that she was such a huge help. Oh and this was my 1st time in the store and they have a huge selection of everything to get u right.

This place is always closed at 8am. This has been the 3rd time this week the store has not been open at the correct time. Honestly the young ladies in these pictures should have the key to open. Since they are always on time. To the owner and or manager this is unacceptable to not be open on time multiple times in the same week. And when they do open they don’t even apologize for being late. So this store is also Inconsiderate as well!!!! If I had an option I would have chose zero stars smh just horrible service.

I go in to buy a wig at 4 they close at 8. A guy told me they not selling wigs now🤔 isn't this a hair store why stop selling stuff at a certain time? And it was nobody in the store! I see why they got bad reviews. Horrible experience never going back. Only person that was nice the girl helped me find eye mask and wanted to try to get me a wig otherwise bad experience!
