After reading previous not-so-positive reviews, as a newcomer to Colorado, I avoided this place for three years. Well, I finally went in a couple of weeks ago. I'm so glad I did. They had every type of hair I was looking for and everyone was beyond helpful. The prices were reasonable, too.

I don’t usually write reviews, but what I experienced today was upsetting enough that I feel compelled to share. I walked into this beauty supply store for the first time after finishing a hair appointment next door. While browsing hair dye, I took a photo of a product and then turned it over to read the instructions on the back. This is a normal, harmless thing for any paying customer to do. The owner, who was wearing sunglasses, abruptly approached me and rudely asked, “What are you doing?” Her tone and behavior made it clear that my legitimacy as a customer was being questioned. I felt racially profiled and extremely uncomfortable. I put the item down, paid for the two products I had already chosen, and left. No customer should be treated this way. If this store don’t have it you won’t find it! They have hundreds of artificial hair options. Du-rags, wraps, nets, wigs, weave, grease, oils, lotion, line gel, moisturizer, nail products, lash products, accessories, and more. They also have a beauty salon and barber inside the store! Service can be hit or miss but the prices and selection make up for it.

To all the people who walked up to my son and asked him if he needed help because he was walking around, showing me the store I used to shop at, y’all need to grow up. Everybody is not stealing, and that is not a way to treat your customers. He was there with somebody who was shopping. Ridiculous!!

0 stars I was given this wig from a employee that's just didn't know what he was doing and for this reason I will NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN.. RED FLAG IF YOU CANNOT EXCHANGE SOMETHING YOU SHOULD NOT SALE THE PRODUCT. THERE WILL ALWAYS BE HUMAN ERROR BUT I SHOULDNT HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE.
