Beware don’t waste your time, hours of operation are not what is advertised. You might go to a closed store even it is says open online on multiple outlets. They advertise open until 7pm, sign on door says 6:45pm and apparently they actually close at 6:40pm. Had teen standing at door nodding head and starring rudely like you are disturbing her, she won’t even face you to speak. Traveled 1 hour to this location to not be allowed in to exchange an item that could have led to a greater sale for them. Or would have returned with credit another time. There’s nothing good to share about this location over priced, rude, a lot of workers standing/sitting around and no one gets up to help so if you don’t know what you are seeking they are not ones to assist or provide recommendations. Have children

Got to the store at 6:40pm and they closed the gate in my face. When I called and explained that I came all the way from another city and I only shop there but would not return because of how they treated me the young lady said "that is fine"they do not care about their customers. I will tell everyone I know that this is how they treat people. I have quite a few friends and family members who shop there I will ask them not to.....They are very rude and this is not the first time something has occurred.

I like the new Hispanic cashier they hired. Go there for braiding hair and long bonnet. They have large stock of everything needed for hair care.

Do not go to the store they don't honor their own policies that are written on their own receipts. I spent $47.50 there and none of their products worked do not buy fake eyelashes and glue from here the glue remover did not work either. Worst customer experience I have ever had and the man and woman were so disrespectful. Then they go curse at me in their own language. Do not go here and waste your money. Because I wasted my hard-earned money here and I got screwed

Honestly, if this wasn’t the store with the most products, I would never shop there. A bunch of policies and rules placed on customers, but no changes on the store side to accommodate such changes. The employees aren’t the most knowledgeable about what the store carries, let alone hair products so being helped takes forever. Place is usually understaffed, and when they do have people, they are sitting behind the counter on their phones or talking. Not to mention a manager who will reprimand a customer on an employee policy….that should’ve been upheld by employees since they are the ones who have to abide by it. I won’t even get into how problematic it is to build an entire business on catering to hair care, a lot of which being Black hair care, but not having a single Black woman working t
