Beauty Supply Supermarket Lawrence

Horrendous establishment. My girlfriend has been going here for years. Has given hundreds if not more to these people. Today she was followed around the store and harassed as if she was some shady character. The workers implying that she was stealing for no reason. I understand, there’s probably plenty of people who come in and shoplift, making them more worrisome. But the way it went down completely humiliated her. What a joke of a store and “professionals” I’ll be stopping by soon to have a chat.

HORRIBLE,I’ve had now two horrible altercations with them,told me I can return prodects came back and didn’t let me ,then continued to follow me but up very very close to me way to close ,and tried grabbing MY bag from me without telling me why,then when my mom asked for video tapes they said no,nd didn’t want cops or anything,they are horrible,don’t know how to run the business they are running and don’t know how to treat customers,they will accuse you of sleeping without wanting to actually see the videos know you NEVER did anything/

My kid loves this place we drive 30mins because of their prices and their quality

Hope I could rate it a zero they were not helpful at all I went to purchase clip on hair extensions since the salon doesn’t provide it and I asked the lady at the front for help since I’ve never purchased fake hair before and she told me that she doesn’t know and told me to just read which I already did but it didn’t provide the information I needed and I asked if they had longer ones and she said to look for it if they don’t have it on the floor it’s because they don’t have any. Overall not helpful at all and rude I don’t know why they have a business that sells hair yet know nothing about it and can’t help a customer out. Definitely don’t recommend, I’m going to go to a different beauty supply store to purchase the extensions I need

I had brought hair from a different location earlier and when the was not enough I went to this location in Lawrence and I had came with simple what I was looking for. I asked for help and at the end 1 female and 1 male was trying to help and told me that the did not have it the store any more. I was disappointed because the crochet had already more then half way done, only to find it as I was looking for other hair similar to it. I was so boiled, still boiled as I am writing. The store should hire people that like to work and just sitting around and don't know anything about the store. If newly hire they can say it and call who really know the items the sell. In fact feo 3 to 2 stars.
