Beauty supply market. This is the 2025 I will not be disrespected and I don't have to be disrespected. I went into the beauty supply market with my 6yr old daughter and my son. My daughter is very much involved in her hair care. She picks up a bottle starts to smell it and starts to pump it. This barely 20 something year old employee is going to say "no don't do that, thats for customers that are buying it" I said wait a minute we are those customers, and my daughter knows very much what she's doing" then I said " you know what kids let's go because they clearly don't need my business." From a customer stand point just rude, from a black woman's stand point I'm livid because I am your customer base you don't talk to people that you use to make your living.That's like biting the hand that f

The set up the outside building to look like a Crack house.. when you go in Italy very claustrophobic. They dont greet, smile at you, be courteous. I just went in looking for an item I do not usually buy when we misscommunicated I got an immediate attitude. Do not shop here ther e are so many hair and beauty supply places that are respectful and act like they are in a customer service industry.

Very affordable and convenient location in Central Boston. Hard to find other beauty supply store locations near Somerville & Cambridge locations. I got this virgin brazilian wet/wavy 4 bundle pack for only $19.99. But sometimes you have to hassle them to get what you want. Otherwise, they have a wide Variety of selections in all the 3 stores that make up this mini beauty supply market.

I have been a customer at this beauty supply store/chain since I was a teenager, and I am now never returning again. Today I went into the beauty product supply part of the store chain and when I entered, the male and female employees didn’t greet me, but when other customers entered the store, they greeted them. When I was looking at the products across from the register, they started speaking in their language (I assume Korean or another Asian language). I thought nothing of it, until I was waiting near the register and they were being polite to another customer, but when I went to check out my items, they didn’t say anything to me and instead spoke to each other in their language. They have plenty of hair/extension options, accessories, hair tools, and products !!!! You can find whatever you need here, all price ranges . I paid 31.82 for 6 packs of hair . I got lulutress passion twist to crochet my daughter’s hair. It came out beautifully and it lasted long, I installed on the 14th and I’ll be taking it out this week. It held up really well and I’ll be purchasing again from them.
