Great Seection of products! Awesome Customer Service every time

This is a nice store filled with many options for your beauty needs. The gentleman I had contact with there close to closing time was kind and helpful!

I enjoy the friendliness from the elder. He's a kind man. Prices are good too. I always find what I need and if he doesn't have it he gets it for me.

I have been shopping here for more than 10 years. They were so friendly to my 2 daughters when they were babies and they are still very friendly to us seeing them grow into teenagers. That's why I always return. I am loyal to great customer service. They always greet people as they enter the store and thank you for coming. I will always shop there. If I am out and see something somewhere else that I like. I will go to them first to see if they have it. They take the time so help you find things and tell you about it. I recommend that everyone shop there.

I'm literally standing outside of this store speaking with one of the employees through the locked door at 5:27 p.m. on Sunday. She's telling me that they are closed, but the sign on the door and online clearly states that they don't close until 6. I usually receive decent customer service here, but this is an inconvenience when I wasted time coming to this store versus going to another one that also closes at 6:00 p.m. That's horrible for business in an area where you are the only beauty supply store in at least a 3-5 mile radius.
