I like shopping their but I do it less and less. The price value just isn't there. I got an eyebrow brush off wish for 79 cents. I love it, so I found it again in their store for 5 dollars. I'd expect 3 bucks but this mark up is just too high. Yes you are paying for convince but only so much. Lastly they need a younger staff that can pick and display the styles better. The handbands, scarfs are dated, idk I can see that store on route one eating them for breakfast.

I don’t shop at any Asian supply store where I am constantly being watched like I’m stealing. They are nice but it’s all fake.

Never again. I should've read the reviews first. Today was my first and last time. I was looking for a moisturizer for natural hair (they don't carry a decent selection. From the time I stepped foot in the door until the time I left, I was followed by one of the clerks. I asked one of the other customers if that was normal and she said yes. I ended up going to another beauty shop up the road and was treated a million times better.

This is the closest beauty supply to my house. They are very friendly and always willing to help me find the perfect hair lol. I’ve never been followed around, I’ve never experienced bad customer service. The fact that they’re close and I can get what I need and service with a smile, I have no complaints.

I honestly don't think this place is that bad. Being followed around in a store like this is to be expected so it doesn't bother me, and they have a decent selection. Everyone who works here is Korean, so it's a plus if you know even something simple like "hello" or "thank you"--they get a lot friendlier after that lol.
