I would have thought I was dealing with someone professional, but instead, it felt like the girl working there gave me way too much attitude just for asking a simple question. She seemed completely uninterested in helping me and wasn’t paying any attention at all. The entire time I was there, she was glued to her phone, ignoring customers and acting like she didn’t even care. It made the shopping experience uncomfortable and frustrating. For a beauty supply store, I expected at least basic customer service and respect, but unfortunately, that was nowhere to be found.

I recently visited this hair store and was blown away by the experience! From the moment I walked in, the service was incredibly fast and efficient. I found exactly what I needed in no time. What really stood out was the amazing customer service. The staff was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, making my shopping experience a total breeze. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality hair products and a top-notch shopping experience. 10/10!

Great service. I wish I would’ve gotten her name but the lady at the register was super nice and helpful. She helped me and my friends get the items we needed and we got free shampoo, conditioner and butter creme :)

Well organized store first time coming in and the staff felt very welcoming especially Nathaly she recommended me what to get based off my hair and gave great skin care products as well 10/10

Staff is not knowledgeable on products. Double checked before making my way over and the clerk told me the wrong product over the phone even when I asked to confirm if it was Demi permanent (they only have permanent)
