The owner here is rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I asked simple questions about products, and she seemed irritated. She talked to me as if I were stupid. There was no patience, no courtesy, and no interest in helping a paying customer. I left feeling disrespected and belittled. If this is how she treats people, I can't understand how this place is still in business. Go somewhere that values customers, because this shop certainly doesn't.

I personally love this shop. While they don’t have EVERYTHING, they have every Aprés tip box and shade of polish you could possibly want. I usually go here for all my polish and tips.

I went to a few beauty supplies in OC but this one is the worst one yet. My first time today going in with my mom to buy 2-3 items for at home manicure. Owner or sale lady is unprofessional and has an extremely rude attitude, did not try to help when asking what my mom needed and was even rude when I asked if they carried gel OPI polishes. The items there are limited compare to other shops as is already. I will not recommend if you like supporting small business owners, I’m sure other beauty supplies in the area will treat you better as a customer, especially there’s a competition of nail supply stores.

Drove 30min out of my way in traffic because it said that they closed at 6pm. My eta was 5:05 and they were already closed :/
