I spoke with gesenia two days ago about getting pin up curls she told me to come in at 10am , I showed up at 10:10am and waited an hour outside in the cold , no sign left at the door and nobody answering the phone

neighborhood gem 💎 i have walked by this salon everyday & have always wanted to try it. today was finally the day & im absolutely in love with my hair!! its been awhile since i was able to get a haircut & my stylist took her time not only giving me a great shampoo (so relaxing) but also making my hair look healthy & even again. she also gave me possibly the best blowdry ive ever gotten in a salon. i dont usually write reviews but getting my hair done is one of my favorite self care rituals & this salon does it right! i would totally recommend this salon & i although i didnt get my stylists name she was incredible & i highly recommend her as well. i will definitely be back!!!

5 star -review for this salon!! Since I moved to Astoria and I went there for the first time, I became a loyal customer. The professionals are great. I usually do my hair with one hair stylist and he always gets my color right, so I don't risk in any other place. They are very honest to me and recommend treatments that will make my hair healthy and avoid damage. This past Friday I was treated like a queen, I got a free make-up, they offer snacks and coffee. I got a discount in my haircut as well. They always go above and beyond my expectations. Exceptional customer service and personalized experience!
