This was my 3rd time going to this place, and the only reason I go back is because they have a good selection of stuff. The lady at the register didn’t greet me or tell me my total, she just ignored me like I wasn’t there. She was helping an elderly Armenian lady before me and was being very friendly, but with me, it was different because I’m Hispanic. Racism! Bad service.

the best store to buy professional hair color, shampoo, tools and so on. Staff is always very helpful and friendly. As licensed hairstylist in LA their prices are very reasonable and variety of best color options.

Im a Latina women and was followed around the store and given harsh looks. I wish I would have read the reviews before visiting. The staff was not helpful and the lashes along with the blush I bought SUCKED and were overpriced. Never visiting again.

The selection here is pretty good but I would avoid if you are Black or African American like myself. I have been racially profiled and followed around the store CLOSELY from aisle to aisle each time I’ve went into this store. There was another lady shopping (she was not black or AA) in the store while I was there today and they did not follow her around while she shopped at all, so clearly I was singled out. Today was the last straw for me and I’m not coming back. I’ve spent a lot of money here so it’s a shame to not receive something as little as respect. Like every other time I visit this store, I gave them absolutely no reason at all to follow me or single me out so I know I was being profiled. I liked the store and the staff, I bought small things, two files and a children's haircut cape and they served me very politely and friendly. Compared to other professional products stores in the area, I found this store to be amazing because of the way they treated me.
