Beauty Salon Ana Rosa

Nice women but they did not use heat protector on me or my friends, never went home from a hair salon with such damaged hair. My hair has never been this damaged im actually concerned but there’s nothing I can do about it, the damage is done. Didn’t give me the hair color I wanted. The lady did say she didn’t have the exact color I wanted but she had something similar, what concerned me was that she said she had no idea what color was gonna show on my hair, as a stylist, how can you have no idea what color you’re about to put on my hair. I do take accountability that I decided to go along with it anyway, I really needed my hair to be down that day for my birthday. Will never come back

NOT TYPE 4 FRIENDLY!!!! Beautiful job with what hair was left after constant ripping and pulling. Very rough but quick and efficient. Stay away if you are tender-headed or have kinky hair.

Please for the people that have natural hair be careful going to this beauty salon. They will add chemicals to your hair without your consent, so that it can be easier for them to manage. I realized they processed my hair a week later when i washed my hair myself. My hair came out straight (perm like) and was shedding a lot. I'm sure your wondering how? They may have added the product to the conditioner they used in my hair. Please be very careful. Sad customer :-(

Came April. 9th for the first time- a half hour before they close too and Ms. Ana Rose and her co-worker were so nice to me! I got a great wash & quick blow out because they had to close and my hair came out perfect. My hair cost $35 and because I was new, Ana gave me $10 off! It was so thoughtful of her. With great customer service & taking her time with me, I would definitely come back and I recommend anyone to go see her!!
