Beauty R Us

It’s dusty and cluttered in here. Harrassed for having this bag with my togo order. They are situated in a plaza full of restaurants and if you thought to grab a hair product from here as convenience it’s not worth the hassle they offered to put it behind the counter. No thank you, your counters are dusty and I don’t want no cats and dogs in my stuff. Likely expired goods to be found in here based off the unkept property.

I am never going to attempt to go here again. They are supposed to close at 8pm and I have rushed to get there several times arriving at 7:50 or 7:55 and they have closed. Oftentimes they will close and lock the doors while watching you walk up. Obviously they don’t care about losing money but they should be concerning about losing repeat customers. There were 4 people attempting to get in tonight and they refused to service them. Terrible service. Do better…..

Was overcharged for lashes that were on sale. When I came back to try to do an exchange they stated they were closed even though it 5 till closed. I even called in attempts to tell them what happened. They let the phone ring and refused to let me in. I was showing my receipt as well. It was a bad experience. The fact that they exited… Walked past me and acted like they didn’t see me was disheartening.

As soon as i came in, i wasn’t even greeted with a hello or anything, i was told to go outside since i did not have a face covering, as someone who works in customer service, this is not how it’s supposed to work, they’re supposed to say welcome in and then say “we require face coverings” but never straight off the bat, so very unprofessional. As i said sorry and backed out, i saw two lady’s inside shopping with no face coverings and pointed them out and the lady laughed, i got a bandana and came back inside, to then fine her and this little girl who seems way to young to be working laughing at me.just Unprofessional.

They are very helpful every time you visit there establishment.
