Such an incredible experience. My mom and I got the 60 min head scalp spa treatment + mini facial and shoulder massage. I also added the deep cleaning for myself because I felt like I needed it. You will leaving feeling relaxed and refreshed!

I’m glad I purchased a Groupon and didn’t pay full price embarrassing I brought a friend the experience looks great online. I was given tell appointments a week away on a Sunday morning during church, okay confirmed my appointment 4 times from numerous text they sent and on the day off was told when I was arriving they needed to stay 20 minutes late. Then she checked us in at started 30 min late. They scrape your skull with this hard plastic comb not relaxing at all the table you lie on is wood extremely uncomfortable my back was in pain the whole 90 minutes the phone was ringing off the hook and they were leaving during my treatment to go answer the phone. The receptionist told me I’ll get your girl. Sent a girl that looked 17 in the room with me to wash my hair that didn’t know English.

I brought me and my two cousins to get a 60 minute scalp, neck, and shoulder massage. They were initially incredibly rude in the initial scalp check by insulting my and my one of my cousins skin and called our skin dirty because we had acne and then proceeded to push an upgrade on us for almost anything they could. Cousin #1 did not even receive the shoulder massage or head massage and went straight to shampooing to which she did not ask for. At least they did not charge her for the shampooing. She paid for both the massages and received none. They kept insisting on upgrades throughout her whole experience. That same cousins assigned masseur kept burping directly above her. Cousin #2 did not even get asked if she wanted to do shampoo but they did it anyway and charged her for it at the end

Beauty Queen Spa is the third place I’ve had a head spa experience and easily the best place. The setting is lovely, very clean without being sterile. Everyone I encountered there were so professional yet warm and welcoming. The actual scalp treatment was absolutely divine and included a shoulder/neck massage. I may have fallen asleep and snored once or twice, lol! I highly recommend Beauty Queen Spa and although it’s about a 30/40 minute drive for me, I will definitely be back. It’s worth it!

Horrible service. I stopped march 4 for what I thought was a quick service. the receptionist was very nice and confirm they had walk ins for eyebrow waxing in which I specifically I only wanted them CLEAN! I was then set up with an elder female that I believed would have had the experience but it all turn sour once I laid down and I “closed” my eyes and I actually SAW how she dropped wax in my hair and then a second young lady walked in, at this point I had no idea who was doing what but I WARN you be aware of your surroundings as one was “waxing an eye brow” the other was cleaning my hair until I heard scissors in my ear !! And I immediately told them to STOP with my hair and to focus my eye brows (yes I didn’t care about my hair) but once my first eyebrow was done I was done with their
