Only writing this because I don’t know how or why people go to this place or how it is still open. Every single experience I have had was horrible. I went two times maybe 3 years ago and the lady, I’m not sure if it was the same one as this time, couldn’t do a basic French. Still tipped which she really didn’t deserve and had no time for do overs. It was worse than this on. Against my better judgment I got acrylics there months later. The stones fell off within a day, not worth the money. Today, I really didn’t want to go to this one but it’s closer so I gave them another chance. I know for sure it’s not just that one lady idk how it’s still open. Good color choices, horrible service. They don’t know how to do basic things and wasted my time. Zero stars!!!! This was my first time getting my eyebrows there and it was horrible. Photo 1 is how my eyebrows regularly look and photo 2 is how they turned out. The middle is slanted and one eye is more arched than the other. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

This is the only place I will let touch my nails and toes! Co Co is absolutely amazing! I always walk out of there with a huge smile on my face! Thank you for being the best!

This is my first time writing a review ever HORRIBLE service I went in for acrylic tip nails.. one lady started off and it seems like she didn’t know what She was doing , her hands were shaky, she didn’t understand me. so the other lady which is who I assume to be the head of the business started doing them. She was rushing, she applied TOOOO much nail polish on my nails (didn’t allow the coats to dry in between) they were literally dripping (no way they were gonna dry properly)I had to tell her to just wipe them off and just leave them. She didn’t buff my nails with the machine their bumpy and not properly filed. She was very rude , lazy, I wanted a specific design she had displayed she said she couldn’t do it, I ended up painting my own nails in there. I was disappointed. Funny thing i

HORRIBLEE!!! Only one lady does acrylic nails which is the older lady who has such a nasty attitude. She did not listen as I told her I don't want long nails. She was rushing to do my nails because other clients were coming in. Then hire more people there are only 2 workers. She cut me 3 times and it's been 3 days and I'm still in pain. I am ready to go back and complain but why waste my time because she wouldn't care, only cares about the money. I would give it a negative zero it if was an option. Never going back again. Element Lounge is much better across the street from them!!!
