This is a very neat establishment in a great location. There are so many options available and the staff were very warm and helpful. I mistakenly bought the wrong color of extensions and only realized when I got home. I went back to the store and the attendant exchanged it for me with no issues. I will definitely be a returning customer.

For those wondering whether they should shop here SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! This hair store is the absolute WORST PLACE to shop at. The service was unbelievable! The cashier was professional but the manager was incredibly rude. Today, I came to the store to purchase some beads & rubber bands and had a question about my receipt. The manager snapped at me a few times during the transaction and then walked away while I was talking to him. He refused to give me his name. He was extremely disrespectful, immature, and should be confronted about his behavior.

I stopped visiting this store once I came in and started being followed as if I was stealing from their already LIMITED store. Skip this store and walk down Fenton and visit the Silver Spring beauty supply store. Way more options and the staff is actually helpful. Spend your money where you are appreciated and not treated as a thief.

NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN! (NO HELP) so I walk in the store and they’re gossiping about employees and Work business which I feel to be very disrespectful and rude whole a customer is there while I was there the whole time that’s all they was focused on and talking about every time I ask for help about some thing I was cut off, and that conversation was continued. Not only that all they know about is wigs and bundles barely. They don’t know anything else about the products they have in the store I was trying dry the hair they can’t even help with that something so easy then they don’t know anything about none of the products in there. It be worker very rude I didn’t do nothing to her but ask her to assist me which is her job she refused to do that so I asked her if there’s anyone else in the

This store is run by racists. Which isn’t surprising but every time I’m forced to go there, the owner follows me around. Today, he decided not only to follow me but also to stand by the entrance I guess to catch me if I tried to leave the store? They also placed displays at the entrance in such a way that it is actually a fire hazard. It’s super disappointing how they don’t even talk to customers and treat us like thieves. Just because you serve a Black customer base. Save your money and visit the Blk owned stores in the neighborhood
