This is literally my favorite beauty supply! Everyone is always in good spirits, ready to help and knowledgeable. I’ve been coming here for over 2 years and every encounter is genuinely amazing. They also have a rewards program which I love. The best of the best!

New ownership, horrible customer service. Knows nothing about hair and doesn’t give discounts to braid stylist

I cannot stand being followed around the store. It is sickening. It pains me, you open a store for OUR hair care needs then follow people around like "everyone" is a thief. No thanks, I spend where I am welcome. I spent $24, I wanted to purchase other things but decided against further harassment. I will drive into Houston to a more customer friendly one that I know of. Done with this spot.
