I just received 2 bottles of 2 oz color proof humidity RX hairspray. Neither bottle had a lid on it, one bottle was half used and the other bottle was also used but fuller than half. I was charged full price for these, and have never received merchandise like this in my life!! I want a full refund immediately. PURE, PREDETERMINED THIEVERY!!!

Caveat Emptor. I will not order from this establishment again. I have also instructed anyone on my platform to NOT order from here. After a few days, Fabian, contacted me questioning me via email and wanting me to send proof ie photographs of the order they could not and did not complete. He stated that people were taking advantage of his company. I TOOK PICTURES of the box, BECAUSE I KNEW IT WAS FRAUDULANT UPON ARRIVAL. He refunded 84.00 and made sure to take off the discount previously provided on the order and promised to add something comparable to Brazilian blowout deep conditioner because "they were out of stock, and someone else got the last one, because his employees made a mistake, and sent it to someone else... I won't be purchasing from this on-line store again. I ordered 3 Palladio eye liners. When I received the order, there were only 2 items in the box. The packing slip had one of the items scratched off and had put a "0" next to it (indicating that it hadn't shipped). So obviously the company knew that I was only getting 2 of the 3 items ordered. Did I receive notification of a refund? NO! First - I would have appreciated a heads up that I wasn't going to receive the entire order. Second and more important, I had to email them to get the credit that was due me. You would think their system would be automated to immediately generate a credit! Very poor customer service in my opinion, especially with so much competition (Amazon, Sally's Beauty Supply, drug stores, etc.).

Lila was EXCELLENT, as always! She takes her time and is very thorough. I always trust her coloring/bleaching and cutting my hair! She is truly a pleasure to be around and is super friendly! Definitely will be coming back to this salon in the future!!

HORRIBLE. Communication is email, no one responses, photo number goes to answering machine everytime. Received 2 of my 3 items. The packing slip that came had all 3 items checked and signed for. YET the package only came with 2 of my items and was only big enough for my 2 items. Doesn't seem like it was a mistake. Now no one responses to emails. DONT DO IT.
