Beauty Plus Owensboro

The customer service is great and they are very friendly and helpful. They just need more options on hair and brands. This is typically not my go-to beauty supply store, just for accessories and rubber bands. I typically bulk up on hair needs when I visit metro cities. I recommend the company to take suggestions from their customers. I guarantee you will see an increase in customers.

These wigs look like the wigs u get at party city. They are cheap synthetic wigs. I’m a professional hairstylist I wouldn’t recommend this place to any of my clients. The man working there was lying to this little old lady telling her she looked great in the wig he had her to try on and it was terrible. I looked at her and told her no. Don’t get it. The man didn’t see me I was behind him. I can’t believe he did that just to get a sale. She was in her late 70s and he gave her a long blonde wig. Omg. Hard pass

Have been going for since they’ve opened! They are the sweetest company I’ve been at for a while! Always being supportive and having great quality! Also having very affordable prices! I love everyone that works here and will forever be a loyal customer!

Im a regular customer, the store is very nice and the staff. The only down is that you can't exchange hair, so you pretty much lose out on something that you can't tell if you like it or it looks right. Other than that I support this store. I've lost out on about 100.00 on hair that looked good but wasn't for me. This has only been twice. To any customer id advise to really make sure the hair is definitely going to suit you before paying. I'm upset about it, but at the same time I understand. All the products are well worth buying and it's way better than Sally's in my opinion.

Lots of options here, in a lot of different price ranges. The lady working was really nice and had no problem with all of my questions. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for! The store is really neat and clean, and well lit!
