Stay away from this place! They will ruin your hair. I went in to get a trim, just a simple trim, I stead I got the worst choppy cut of my life. I went back to get a refund and the manager offered to fix it, but no refund. If I can’t trust you to hire compitant stylist I can’t trust you to fix my hair. When I asked why she wouldn’t refund she said it was just policy. An unfortunate policy that will be reported to the BBB. This place is the worst.

This place is horrible! I took my daughter to get black chunks added to her recently dyed platinum silver hair (that was done at another salon a few days prior costing $120) the woman that did her hair here, assured me there would be no issues adding the black. She added the black with foils but did not rinse them individually causing it to stain all her platinum to brown. The manger had to be called in to try to fix her hair by applying a haircolor remover which did not work and left her hair not only brown but damaged. They ask that you pay before the service is done so when i asked for a refund they refused and said they do not offer refunds and instead offered a free conditioner to help with the damage that was done! Unbelievable. I will never step foot in there again.

Just had my son's haircut done on Tues 2-20-18. I didn't catch the stylists name, she did a decent job on the overall fade. She did not give him a clean line, I wasn't too happy about that. The biggest disappointment was a nick he had on his forehead! Picture day was the next day! She didn't even acknowledge it, which was unprofessional of her. I wasn't going to argue with anyone so I just paid & will obviously never be back!! I should have just waited for the barber they share space with...smh

I couldn't even go through with letting them cut my hair. The girl shampooed my hair with cold water, barely rubbed any shampoo into my hair. No conditioner. Then roughly brushed out my cold, dripping wet hair. It felt like she was ripping it out with every stroke. She was very quiet, had no advice or suggestions for my trim... it was very awkward. Then she sprayed something that smells like a mixture of hair spray and engine grease onto a comb and scissors and that was it. I said no thank you, nevermind. Still paid 8.75 just to get my hair sprayed with cold water and some hair pulled out afterwards. Awful experience.

My wife had her cut and color done here many times by the owners, never had any issues. Stations are rented so if you don't know the stylists work, maybe not what you want.
