Beauty Palace Supplies & Braiding

I bought weaves here and they were very priced. So I came back same in the evening to return / exchange or get some credit and they refused to even check if the product was opened or not. All they is just said was there can't do return. I will not be coming back here.

Went looking for a heat protectant. I couldn't find what I was lookn for so was searchn for sum1 to help. Eventually a lady in a back room yells "do you need help"? Eventually she comes out, and has to call someone to find what I'm lookn for. She rings up my things in a hurry, to include an addtl item that wasn't mine, which I didn't realize until I got home, because I was lookn at addtl items in the front to see if I was going to buy something else. The recpt says no returns/refunds, so i paid 14.99 for sumthn i didnt even need/want. I def won't be going back, the customer service just wasn't ther for me. I felt rushed and the lady wasn't even knowledgeable abt their products.

I went to location to try it out and upon my arrival they were closing the store an hour earlier than advertised. The store associate was kind enough to let me in and buy hair anyway but I was rushed and didn't really have time to pick what I really wanted. Once I took the hair home and realized it wasn't what I wanted I decided to take it back 2 days later with my receipt. The store associate told me I could not exchange my hair all sales are final and that is on the bottom of my receipt. I did not see a sign posted anywhere inside but once again I was rushed to select my products during my first visit. Anyway the receipt did say all sales are final however, you will never know that prior to your purchase. Needless to say I won't be going back to that store and I sure will not recommen

Get my daughters hair braided here every two weeks. The lady that does her hair is awesome! Much better than Belles Tresses.

Wonderful and friendly staff, always helpful. Selection of supplies is great and service as well. Hannah is a expertise in braiding and does exceptional work.
