Save your money and patronize mail elsewhere. As a Beauty professional and business owner, I think it’s absurd to close a business before business hours. I’ve been here several times before closing and they have someone guarding the door saying it’s closed. They need to display accurate hours online and on the door is the building. I advocate for people who may have caught the bus or traveled from far away and cannot be serviced because the company is being inconsiderate. Save your money and go else where.

No greetings. Rings up my product without looking at me and keeps running their mouth to their co worker. Doesn't even say thank you have a nice day. Work on your customer service. Most of us don't like working jobs but do better and not have a stank attitude. Somebody will go off on you someday

The new (Chinese?) lady has quick hands. Today I specifically picked out a wig from clearance price of 19.99. She wouldn't help me earlier but took it from me and quickly began moving wig from to wig choosing wigs that were no where near my style. I thought she wondered why all of sudden she became so determined to assist me and realised by the time I got to counter the wig sticker was switched to 29.99. I don't like that because it makes the whole store seem dishonest and I've always liked shopping there in the past.

Walked passed a few workers there, speaking in their native dialect to the counter. There was a woman on her phone, didn't even see me walked up but her coworkers did. I had to speak up and the others laughed. I walked out. They need to learn customer service and manners.
