I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding an experience my sister and on Sunday November2nd 2025. We entered the store around 5:50 PM to quickly grab a few last-minute items before my flight back to Barbados, where I am currently attending medical school. As we attempted to leave, a large staff member stopped us and demanded that our bags be checked and our pockets emptied. When I asked if this was standard procedure for all customers, another she/he ( not sure of gender) at the door stated that “they had their reasons.” I calmly asked for clarification simply wanting to understand what those reasons were but instead of explaining, the individual at the door responded rudely, asking if I “wanted to stay in the store and talk about it” ironically the store was closing. T

The largest cleanest hair supply store in Norfolk. Employees were very helpful, the shelves fully stocked. The prices for write down my alley. Everything was affordable. Beautiful collection of every type of hair carrying products that you could ever imagine. I was a very satisfied customer when I left the store. I will definitely come back.

You can not return items that you do not need or want. I do not enjoy stores that you can not return items. That is a gross waste of money. No refund! Go to Sally's if your not sure what you want.

Great experience. Good prices . Friendly staff a crap load of variety and I had zero issues using my cos discount. I will be back very soon!
