Omg! Olamy's braiding style is superb! I visited her shop for the first time today to get 2 layered braids and I am extremely happy with my hair! She is such a pleasant stylist, and I highly recommend going to Olamy for braids!

Update in regards to Olamy's reply: Olamy I came to your braider's place at Hartford Road on April 21st 2023 at exactly 10:53am. I still have pictures of the terrible hair you made that took out my edges, the phone call transcript I had with you, and pictures of YOU making the hair in your salon. You can call me whatever you want, but if you make threats to me and my person, I will most definitely take it up, so be mindful, and most especially, do better. I have no intention of "spoiling your business"...I do not care that much. However, what I have a problem with is paying expensive prices for good service and getting bad braids installed/my edges taken out. **** This braider took out all my edges. Olamide was a sweetheart and very personable. She saw me last minute and did an amazing job. We carried conversations, I was comfortable the entire time. Her salon is very cute and clean. I will definitely go back to her.

I visited Olamy salon on 7/22/23 as a last minute appointment for a work event. I called and was able to get an appointment. The staff was extremely courteous, professional, and the braids were phenomenal. I received 8 cornrows, and they fit my face, very stylish, neat and clean. It was my first visit and it felt like I had known them for a time. My stylist was very nice, fast, and accommodating. The owner was so sweet, accommodating, and made sure I was happy with my service and I was very satisfied. I would recommend and return. They were awesome.

I had my box braids done on 8/22/23 by Chioma. The experience was exceptional and she worked with me in regards to the color and size I want. This is my new braiding shop from today! The atmosphere was calming and the staff was very courteous. Plus, Gospel music was playing to calm my nerves!!!! This is the best place to be!!!
