I do not think the staff here knows how to do dip nails. I have been to 3 different studios over the last 3 years and they all do dip the same way. Staff did not use the correct base or topcoat made specifically for dip nails, they did not polish at the end with the electric buffing tool ( used an emory board instead). Nails do not look sleek and I don’t think they will hold up. Manicure took 1.5 hours; seemed like it was her first time? Also , staff called owner in the middle of the manicure for directions. Didn’t know what products to use. At the end, charged more than what it says on the website so had to get a small refund.

First time at Bo Nails! Daughter and I came in for a mani-pedi and we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend. Excellent service, pleasant and professional staff. Salon is fresh and bright but welcoming. And the mani-pedis look great. Looking forward to our next visit already. 🙂

Ada is the sweetest!! She takes her time and makes sure my nails are done perfectly every time!! Highly recommend!!
