BELOW ZERO STARS ! I visited this store for the first time and while it is a beautiful store, my experience was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I was being followed by an Asian female employee throughout the store. I had no purse with me and I absolutely do not steal. I placed my items on the counter and realized I forgot something, so I went back to the aisle. When I turned to my right, the same employee was standing there staring at me. When I confronted her, she claimed she was “helping a client,” but it was very clear she had been watching me since I entered the store. That explanation did not make sense. Because of how uncomfortable and upset I was, I asked her to remove the extra items I no longer wanted and only purchased the shampoo, condit

5/5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely love this beauty supply store! The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help me find exactly what I need. They carry a wide range of products for natural hair, wigs, braiding, skincare, and makeup — including great Black-owned brands. The store is always clean, well-stocked, and organized, so I never have to dig around to find what I want. Prices are very reasonable too, and they often have deals or discounts. Definitely my go-to spot for all things beauty!

I debated whether to write this review, but after today’s experience—and after seeing similar feedback from other customers—I realized it was necessary. I’ve visited this store several times over the last few weeks, and each time I noticed a pattern. Today it became unmistakable: an employee was following me around the store. When I became aware of it and started walking behind her, she quickly wandered off to the wig aisle. As soon as I returned to the section I actually needed, she circled back again. I approached her respectfully and explained that this has happened more than once and that it made me uncomfortable, especially as a long-time customer. I literally spend hundreds every time I come in this store. I purchased hair and when I got home and opened I realized it was 2 different colors. Didn’t use it or anything and they wouldn’t let me exchange it. It was there fault they had it on the shelf mixed in. They won’t get another dime from me. You treat good customers bad. It’s pathetic. And they were rude about it. Just straight up no. I’ll be sure to let everybody I know to shop else where. I drive all the way here from Loganville but never again. They don’t want black people in their store just our money. Sad a store would rather lose a customer that spends hundreds a month over a $20 exchange
