I’m extremely disappointed. Don’t come here if you want a basic set mine was $73 for a single color and they said the charge was for an almond shape… And the service was terrible on top they are always looking at their phones and the tv. If i’m paying for a service they should focus on your nails. Don’t come here.

This was by far the worst nail service I’ve ever received anywhere my whole life from start to finish. I don’t even know where to begin from the shape of my nails from the time it took the communication was absolutely terrible. They switched texts in between even though I made an appointment and if I could give a less than a one star rating, I would too. I’ve never seen so many multiple bad one star reviews in my life at any business ever do not come here and especially don’t let the man touch you.

Update May 2023 I hadn't been in awhile and I had such a great experience going this time when it was less busy. Great establishment and super attentive. They went above and beyond for me. Highly recommend. My nails look amazing. I got my first pedicure and I'm so happy (I was weird about people touching me for the longest time). Kenny did amazing as always. I can't wait to go back now. Very relaxing! They have more people working and have a good system set up so it moves more fluidly. Old review I wish they had more consistent pricing. I usually love my nails, even though this place is on the pricier side (over 100 for a full set with design, not counting tip). I also wish that I would actually get the person I booked with. Been going here since October ‘23 and I’ve had at least 6 sets from them, and I’m absolutely impressed every single time I go. They never fail to give me amazing nails that look so good. I’ve gotten various designs and shapes and every time it just gets better. 10/10 absolutely love. They are extremely professional too. So much better than other places I’ve been too. The only time I had one break was my own fault and not paying attention to what I was doing. Upon arrival my friend and I both had photo references for our nails. My nails were an ombré like nail with orange and pink. When I was getting mine done she sprayed my nails with one circle of orange. When asked for the pink as well, the lady was upset with adding another color. My nails ended up not being at all like the photos. For my friend, she asked for a chrome, thin French tip. She ended with not getting her cuticles done, thick white and uneven nails. We were very disappointed.
