I called at 5:30 and asked if they had time for a full set gel acrylics and a regular pedicure and was told yes, my technician was Kim for my manicure and during the shaping and filing process I pointed out some flaws in that nails and asked for them to be fixed and they were not, I asked for blue French tips, there was no base color put down so you just see the natural nails underneath, it seemed to me Kim was in a hurry to leave the entire appointment. A different lady who I did not get the name of did my pedicure and she was amazing! When it came time to pay I still had to pay full price and was told that I would STILL have to tip Kim. I usually don’t leave reviews but in this circumstance I am extremely unsatisfied, I don’t get my nails don’t often and this was a treat from my boyfrien

My nails look amazing—she did an excellent job! The team is friendly and welcoming, and the salon is spotless. I’ve visited several salons in the area, and this one is by far the best!

I’ve been a customer for 13+ years - lived around the corner from their shop for 7 of those years and have continued to give Kim and her wonderful staff business even now that I live almost 20 minutes away. Their work is meticulous, they are kind and sweet, and they work incredibly hard to keep their customers happy. Also, get the deluxe pedicure! Incredibly relaxing!

This is normally my go- to place to get my full set of acrylics which I went today. I waited almost a half hour in the chair until they finally got me (multiple workers we sitting not busy) and the lady cut me multiple times. While she was filing she was hitting live skin making it very painful while shaping. She did give me a cheaper price than I thought which was very nice of her. The nails itself are very thick. Hours now later my fingers are sore and there are atleast 4 visible cuts on my cuticles while others feel as if there’s multiple hang nails. I am not the type to complain ever but this is ridiculous. The only two I know that have done a phenomenal job every time is Kim and Lily. I am sad to say I won’t be going back

I usually am happy with my experience here given the prices and fairly quick service. I was unhappy this time. I had called ahead and made an appointment with Rose. They confirmed it. I come in about 10 minutes early and say I had a noon appointment with Rose. They ignored me completely and put me with another gentleman. I don't mind this too much as Rose was with someone else, but why have her take someone if she had an appointment at 12? The gentleman was very nice, but had to be walked through how to do chrome on my nails. I ended up leaving with very messy and uneven nails. There were bumps everywhere. Overall not happy and will probably go elsewhere, as this is not the first time I've asked for someone specific and it's been ignored.
