Beauty Nail Bar Cypress

I just took my mom to BEAUTY NAIL BAR in Cypress- getting our first VIP with steamer pedicure today! We’ve never been to a salon that offer such an incredible pedicure this caliper before. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. What an exceptional experience the service has been. Everyone was so friendly and professional from front desk, Manager, to technician. The hospitality is unmatched. Definitely coming back. I would 1000% recommend this salon. Thank you again for the service- Happy mom, happy son!!!

I loved my experience as a first timer. They were very welcoming with me as a walk-in. They were pretty busy but were still able to get me in right away. Everyone was lovely, only not giving 5 stars is because I asked for French tip on the toes but she painted the entire toe red. Because they still came out cute I wasn’t upset but this may become a problem for someone that’s more stern than I am. Also they work on your nails and toes at the same time which can be a little overstimulating but it does make your stay there shorter if you’re in a hurry. Also for the Brazilian wax, they use the soft wax rather than the hard wax and I’m not used to that so i politely declined and just stuck to my chin and underarm wax. The quality in service has gone down. I went in recently for dip nails and a pedicure. The dip nails are already chipping and the base is uneven and it’s only been a week. Additionally, the tech didn’t touch my cuticles or take care of my actual nails which should be included in the service. I was rushed and had my manicure during my pedicure which wasn’t relaxing at all and they weren’t even busy and didn’t ask if I was in a hurry.. they just rushed me out. The pedicure wasn’t great either for the cost.. they charge extra like Milano salons for what should be included in a basic pedicure service, like basic regular callous treatment. This is my 3rd visit after being on the hunt for a new nail salon. Ive had a different tech on every visit and each pedicure had been amazing. I love that they are up front with their pricing. They don't tey to upcharge and you know exactly what you're getting. This visit was on a monday evening and it was so peaceful and relaxing. Definitely a keeper!
