Great customer service, great products. I came in looking for hair dye and I left with hair dye, a brush and bowl kit, some gloves, and some nails. I'm planning on going weekly to get nails from here on out. Amazing prices, AND you get rewards points! Nothing better than that. 10/10

I’ve gotten several wigs here in the past year that I’ve tried on before purchasing , but today I was informed customers can no longer try on wigs due to “covid”. That defeats the purpose of me buying local and paying more vs Amazon. I like to know how a wig looks on me especially certain new colors. . I’ll be going to mobile where I can try on a wig or at minimum, order from Amazon because at least I can return the wig if I don’t like it. So ultimately, they’ve lost my wig business. Great hours, good customer service and nice for general hair supplies, but I don’t recommend for wigs. Who wants to buy something they can’t try on? Disappointing

They have great customer service! I would highly recommend this store to anyone.. anything they don’t have if you mention they will be sure to get it!!! And not to forget the rewards you earn with every purchase..

So, so glad that there is FINALLY another hair store here in Bay Minette! They have a wider variety of hair and products, plus things like nails and costume jewelry. This shop opening has been the answer to my prayers! No more driving 40 mins out the way 🙌 Black Owned is a + !
