I entered this location with my minor child to make a purchase, as we often do since we are regular paying customers. While making our final selections down one of the aisles, an item fell from the overly packed shelves. My child picked it up, and immediately we were met with loud yelling and accusatory remarks from the staff on the floor. Despite my child calmly explaining what happened, she was accused of stealing and intentionally dropping items. At that point, I intervened as the parent, but the situation quickly escalated. When we proceeded to the checkout, I noticed that two of the items that had fallen were sneakily added to our transaction without explanation or consent. I've never experienced such amazing customer service at a beauty supply store! The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and pleasant! They aren't the store closest to me, but this is definitely my new store! Love this place!

I've been coming to this place since I was in elementary and middle school. I always loved to come here to get earrings, head scarves, lip glosses, lipsticks, headbands, hair oils, bracelets, and other giblets of stuff too. Great place to buy hair products, hair accessories, and other self care items as well. I also love the way they updated this place with a lot of new shelves and stock too! So yeah. Love coming here all the time.
