Beauty Mart#2

The owner and the cashier were very unfriendly especially towards my 9 year old daughter, I find that very unprofessional and rude. We will never give them business ever again.

The staff member was extremely knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. However the owner, not so much. Instead of providing good customer service, he decided that being condescending was what he was choosing to lead with. Although I won’t spend my money here ever again, the young lady at the front counter was extremely kind and helpful. Kudos to her.

The only reason I gave this place a 4is because of the young lady behind the counter.she was as sweet and helpful but the other person stayed on the phone the whole time

I Enjoy going here all the time. The people are kind & pleasant to be around or interact with. All the Beauty products I've ever bought were reasonable prices no doubt. Plus all their products works. Never had to return an item back there.

My favorite beauty supply store, here in Spartanburg! I’m from NYC where the beauty supply stores are around as much as corner stores or McDonald’s! I had a few favorites but never just one store that was my go to(I went to the one across the street from my house a lot out of convenience). This beauty mart is my #1 go to spot. I love the staff their. They are funny and so sweet. They don’t keep me waiting and they are not breathing over my shoulders like other BSS I’ve been to around here. Buts, if you need them, you don’t have to hunt them down or shout and holler. They are right there. If I didn’t have a full time job I would work here part time just to be around the employees. Their selection is not the biggest but you can’t bet their prices! 10 stars from me!
