Beauty Mart

This place is alright. Prices are actually lower than a lot of other places. I come here for bleaching cream. I have been here two times. It's a small business so If I'm going to buy a curling iron or something I'll go to a large company where returns are easy. It's kind of empty and cold in here, but it's fine for what I need.

I had a container of hair gel in my hand while looking for another item towards the front of the store (I was no where near the door) and the owner quickly came from behind the counter and started yelling "Are you going to pay??! Are you going to pay??!!" I was disgusted by what happened and of course I returned the item I picked up and left the store. Long story short, the owner thought I was trying to steal because I am black. It's incredibly embarrassing how these store owners discriminate against the one race keeping them in business... Do not spend your money at this store. They have no respect for black people and they do not deserve to be supported by us.

My children went in this store to spend their $200 gift card. They were accused of being Thieves!!!! They put some lashes back down and walked to the front of the store with the rest of their items. The owner locked the door and said they had stolen the lashes (that they put back.) My children were terrified (also they only had on black leggings and crops) & kept telling the owners they put the lashes back.They tried explaining and the Owners told them to “Shutup” or they were calling the police. & The owners didn’t believe them until they went to get the lashes. And then they made my kids “Pay extra” as Punishment. Punishment for what? They put the lashes down and brought the rest of the items up front to pay for. If they were trying to steal, wouldn’t they have taken everything? My kid

Just went to this beauty supply with my mom to purchase a few beauty items because I heard they had good prices and customer service. Well let me tell you I would never go ba k to this beauty supply again. My mom was asking another consumer a question about a product when she said the prices are really not good. She advised that the beauty supply store off 78 and park place has better prices. The owner came over and inserted himself into the conversations and said he has the best prices and the best everything and that he would match the price. Well the lady countered him and said no you actually don't some of your stuff is abut 10 to 15 more expensive than mst in Decatur. Then he proceeded to say he is trying to be nice to the customers but "Black Customers" make it hard for him to be nic

I'm searching google for Beauty Supply Stores in Snellville I saw the ratings on this store and was amazed that over 10 years ago I stopped shopping here for the same reasons that I see described in these reviews. The owner sold me a curling iron it stopped working within a week. I went to take it back and they would not give me a refund or a store credit even though I had a receipt. I left the defective curling iron on their countertop and walked out. The owners have no desire to provide customer nor do they appreciate the clientele that represents more than 90% of their patronage.
