This store has a large selection for ALL hair types. The lady behind the counter was so nice. She took my vague description and turned it into something that made my wife happy. Thanks for making me look like I know what Im doing. Update: My wife and I have been using the recommended products and we are real happy with the results.

Went twice to purchase eye lash glue both very old and for them to tell me they don’t do refund well will not shop there again lost a customer To your response you did not give me one free you replace the first one the second one was bad to the young lady said it wasn’t nothing else she can do I want a refund why am I paying for a item that is old and can’t be use.. have better customer service and if you items is bad or not working refund customers their money not tell them no and thank you for nothing

Great place I come here all the time

I just wanted to share my experience and compare certain item. I just recently moved to Pensacola all the way from Miami, Florida. I think everyone knows that Miami is one of the most expensive city to live in the United States. I’ve seen ridiculous prices in beauty supply stores over there in Miami, but it’s my first time seeing something being so overpriced here in Pensacola. I bought the ECO style Gel olive oil 80 FL OZ and I just paid almost 23 for it. Over there in Miami I would pay AT MOST 18$ for the same size but here at this location I am paying 5$ more for the same product. Unfortunately I won’t be going over here anymore because it’s way too pricey for the same Quality of product. I understand a store needs to make some kind of money , but 5$ more on just one product?.
