Very unprofessional customer service. My daughter placed the lip gloss on the wrong a lot by accident and the store rep decided to speak to her rudely and she only 10 years old. I’ve never seen a store demanding a customer to take an item back to its exact location.

i went to this store to buy some hair fibers for my clients that i cut at school. when i purchased the fibers the fibers however, did not come out when i was cutting someone’s hair. when i noticed this i was mad because they cost $13.87 i finished the cut and came back and told the women exactly what happened and showed them how i tried to apply it. they told me i could not get a refund or extange it for anything without having the plastic safety label. i ended up getting a new bottle of fibers and on my way to my car the women came outside and pointed to my car. as i drove off i called the store back and asked the women is everything okay? i thought it was probably something i dropped but the woman went on to say that she think i stole the fibers. this is terrible customer service and it’

Be advised this store does NOT have a good selection of BRAIDING hair. Very limited selection. Lady was friendly, asked if she could help me find something although she was helping someone else.

AWESOME place so much to choose from nice prices also I come 30mins away to come here and they are friendly that helps
