Extremely disappointed in the microblading service I received by the owner. Not only were they not symmetrical, off center and were different sizes. I made it extremely clear where and how I wanted them to look. I did not get that. The lines were unnatural and felt like it was careless and a muddy mess. I declined returning for touch ups as I did not want anymore damage or scarring for something I will still be unhappy with. I have reached out to the owner to make it right and requested a refund and have not received a response. Do not waste your time there. Also included end result photo.

This happened to me two years ago when I was 19 years old, and I still can’t stop thinking about that day. I originally went in for non-invasive lip filler, but was pressured into an additional “lip flip” with whatever money I had left—which should’ve been a red flag. The environment was not clean, nothing was sterilized, and the procedure burned and cauterized the skin around my mouth, leaving permanent damage. When I sought medical advice afterward, I was told the damage was not reversible. The provider gave me some products that only made things worse and then tried to blame me for the outcome. This experience was unsafe, unprofessional, and not trustworthy. Please learn from my mistake—don’t go somewhere just because it’s “cheap.” It’s not worth the risk.

I went to a fundraiser and won a certificate for beauty luxe $150.00 facial and got cheated they gave me a express facial for $60. It took 2 1/2 mths to get an appointment. Don't trust this company

First time client at Luxe Beauty, I was greeted with a warm smile by Angelica when I arrived . She immediately checked me in and within 5 min I was shown to a room and began my laser tattoo removal treatment. Although tattoo removal with a laser is an uncomfortable and slightly painful process , Angelicas attention to detail and professional touch made it a tolerable and pleasant experience. She explained the process and aftercare thoroughly. I will be booking more laser sessions with her soon. Thanks Angelica.
