I have consistently been getting hard gel manicures with Svitlana now for about 4 months, and I really could not be any happier with her work. She is so detail oriented and lovely. We exchange some pleasantries, and the appointments are quiet and relaxing. She’s always started on time and been very efficient. The manicures last me 4 weeks, but could easily go longer if my nails didn’t grow so fast. They’re just so perfect every time, and I’ve never had that experience with any other salon. I couldn’t imagine going to anyone else at this point!

I had a perfect manicure experience! My nails look absolutely beautiful and flawless. The nail technician Lina was very professional, detail-oriented, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. You can truly see the passion and talent in their work. I’m extremely happy with the result and will definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

I booked a hard gel refill appointment with no design, no extensions, no cut down, and no shape change. The service took over two hours, which I was not expecting. About 90 minutes in, I told the technician I had to leave by 11:30 for another appointment and was reassured it would be fine. However, the service was not completed on time, and I had to leave with my nails unfinished. The polish is incomplete on several nails, the underside was not cleaned up, and there was no shaping after the gel was applied. I understand a hard gel refill can take longer than a traditional refill, and a Russian manicure will take longer than other locations, but if a basic appointment is going to take more than two hours, that needs to be communicated upfront. Not very good. Every single time I go I have to wait at least 10 minutes. This time, my appointment was at 12:00 and they called me the day before asking to move it to 11:30. I said yes, but ended up having to wait again when I arrived for my appointment. My nail tech didn’t start my pedicure until 11:55. It’s more annoying because they have a late policy— if you are 10-15 minutes late, they charge you $10. But, if they’re running late it doesn’t matter… Also, they just don’t do that great of a job, especially for the price. There are much better salons in the area that do this type of nail service.

always beautiful and amazing work. I find that no matter who I book with, I get amazing results. I work in the water all day and the manicures last me at least a month!
