My appointment was originally for Friday. Friday morning I received a phone call where they had told me the nail tech couldn’t come in that day. After a little bit of back and forth they had me move my appointment twice. I ended up coming 2 days later. I was disappointed but I was understanding. The day of my appointment comes. My nail tech is very kind and listens to the type of nails I wanted when I showed her the photo. My nails turned out beautiful and what I was asking for. I appreciated her time and giving me what I had asked for, I payed full price and tipped about 25%. The problem here is that my nail tech ended up cutting 5 of my fingers, in which my pinky finger was the worst and it was cut deeper than the rest. My pinky finger was aching on the way home. Alina is the best nail tech, hands down. I’ve been coming to her for years now and I refuse to go to anyone else. My nails are flawless every single time, never once anything less. They last beautifully and still look exactly how they should even when I’m very overdue for my next appointment, despite everything my hands go through. She’s professional, detail-oriented, clean, accommodating and patient, makes you feel comfortable asking for what you want, and is always sweet, never rude, never rushed or dismissive. HIGHLY DON’T RECOMMEND COMING HERE FOR YOUR RUSSIAN MANICURES!!! I don’t ever do this but I’m honestly HEATED and ANNOYED my first time coming here and I booked with (Akmaral Ishembieva) at 3PM when I booked I also booked for hard gel & acrylic removal but since I didn’t want it to take long I took my acrylics off at home to do her the favor. As soon as I got there she started my nails at 3:10PM and asked if I picked a color I told her I wanted French chromes and she seriously said “I don’t have time for that” which shocked me because when I got there I told her I took my acrylics off so what didn’t she have time for?? I’ve been going to Tech Alina for over a year now from my dry gel manicure and saying that I’m satisfied is an understatement. She works quickly and professionally — a full manicure with gel and design takes only about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Everything is always perfectly clean and sterile, and she always tailors the design individually to what I want. Highly recommend!

I feel like my tech was inexperienced so I felt bad, but I’m disappointed with how my nails came out. They feel lumpy and were not reshaped or cut well at all . only booking the “pro” techs from now on…
