Based on the reviews… I’m kinda hesitant to go but it’s near where I live now, I’m gonna give it a shot and come back to give an update :)

Staffs are so rude at this store the black girl and the tall black girl are mean as heck they speak French and ignore you . I don’t know why she still works there with her bad attitude

on the 8th of july ( two days ago) i bought this belly button ring , i put the belly button ring in then on the 9th of july it broke when i was changing, the first image was after then it broke again in the second picture ( it broke twice) so today july 10th i went back to the beauty supply store and the girl said it was my fault since it was after the purchase and that they couldn’t do anything, i don’t mind keeping it i just would like something for my loss since i can’t return it in it’s original condition , if i knew this was going to happen i would have kept my money and spent it elsewhere, also one girl was sleeping. do not buy from here !

I visited this location and I wanted to buy something however i was not greeted nor asked if i needed help. Customer service is trash! Don’t shop here

Staff is rude here not to mention way better places to go staff likes to look you up and down management needs to address these issues before something serious happens
