Great day . My granddaughter 14 wanted to buy a wig. We knew nothing about wigs. The person in charge was extremely helpful and showed us all we needed to make the experience wonderful . There was a huge assortment of wigs and were displayed nicely.

Let me start by saying this is the BEST beauty supply store in Baltimore the customer service here is out of this world my experience here as been nothing short of amazing they have a wide variety of beauty supplies. It’s the wigs for me really good hair easy to apply the wig it looks just like the hair is coming from your scalp it’s light not heavy at all very breathable no smells curl ways stays in! Best store ever come here and you won’t be disappointed you will actually be wowed!! Thank you for great customer service and most importantly this beautiful wig!

The guy who worked there was really nice. The store was well stocked just not enough for what I wanted. It seemed like everything that I wanted they were sold out of. So, I had to purchase something that wasnt my first, second, or third choice. Yes, I know it's school time, and yeah, there's a salon right across the street, however if you know that then items should have been double ordered. It's better to have too much than not enough. Would I return? No, I'll try a different hair store next time. SO DISAPPOINTED!!! Smh

Small black owned businesses. Been getting my hair care needs from them before they moved to this location. Customer service is always excellent, friendly and they always have what I need whenever I need it.

Wow from the moment I walked in the service was amazing. The I wanted could tell me about different hair products and even the black owned ones!!! It was definitely a great experience ladies!! He also gave me a few freebies which was very thoughtful!!! I’ll definitely be back he has a forever customer!!!
