Beauty Land

As others have shared, this is a typical black beauty supply store: it has a large, diverse inventory of products. The reason I'm giving five stars is because the sales associate took the time to walk through the store (twice) to help me find the best product for my hair appointment. She took time to look through different sections of the store -- oh my goodness, SO many options -- until we found the closest fit to the style I was getting. Anything we do can be done with care and compassion, even the small things. And I'm thankful for the time she took to help -- these small things make a difference.

Typical beauty supply store catering mainly to the African American community. While I hate to say anything negative, I will simply say the appearance of the store and it's workers was sketchy to say the least. The first gentleman behind the counter did speak to me upon entering. The second, however, was enjoying videos (loudly playing) on his cell phone. They are of a different nationality and unfortunately, the sound of the video did not make me feel very comfortable. The store had lots of items in stock, some well organized, others dispersed on the floor. Not my first choice for beauty supply.

the employees in this store have the most disgusting attitudes, I asked one to show me a product because i just wanted to view it up close and I asked for a different color and decided i did not want the product and i handed it back to him and he threw it behind the counter as if he was upset about me not buying it. If i do not want the product I DO NOT WANT IT and you can't make me buy it... I will never come back to this place.
