If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service at this store—particularly from the owner—is incredibly disappointing (short Arabic man). The owner, who monitors customers from a raised platform near the entrance, comes across as more interested in watching customers than welcoming them. On two separate occasions, I’ve had negative experiences with him. Most recently, I came in to exchange a pack of braiding hair. I brought the original item in its plastic shopping bag, picked up the correct one, and went straight to the register. He saw the entire process from the podium, yet the first thing he said was, “Why are you walking around with merchandise?”—in an accusatory tone.
