Lanisha is great 10/10 experience the way she waxes results into minimal pain. She offers great customer service and is always willing to give recommendations for products that will help prevent ingrowns and reduce hyperpigmentation.

My mother and I came in for the eyebrow mapping and waxing service the other day. The specialist seemed unwelcoming and dry. I showed several reference photos of my eyebrows in the desired shape from a few months prior. She began “mapping” with a popsicle stick and a marker/pencil, while I expected her to use a mapping string or pre-inked thread to do so. I also expected some sort of consultation to ensure I was happy with the outline of the eyebrows, but there was none. She didn’t even pass me a handheld mirror until after the service when my mother had asked her if she even had one. She began waxing immediately and took off so much hair between the center of my eyebrows that they looked a mile apart from each other. To put it simply, they look ugly. I was unaware of this at the time sin
