Rude customer service! The gentleman is unprofessional and has no respect. I do not recommend getting your packages drop off to this location. Before checking and verifying if my package was there, the African man said it was not when it was. He was very child and tried to go back and forth with me while I was with my toddler daughter. No respect at all and I do not recommend using their drop off services. I will be letting others in the community know as well. This type of behavior is unacceptable and should not happen in the community I loved in over 30 years

This is an amazing shop. They have so much variety to choose from. Imagine any kind of wig and you'll probably find something that matches what you need. One of my favorite stores in Brooklyn

I bought something from this merchant and it broke went back there explain to him he refused to listen to me or even exchange what broke I have been coming to this merchant for a long time since I’ve been in the neighborhood so I told him I will not set foot in a store and I will tell anyone that I know not step foot in this store There are other beauty stores up the block. They have way more merchandise. I will never go to the store again.

The African man and Spanish lady be giving their own people problems 😓 Everyone else cool tho 😎 and they have some lit wigs in there for reasonable prices it’s really the tax that be shocking at the end. 😵‍💫🥴Like did I buy the employee?
