Beauty Infinity Mart

I can truly say anytime I have ever visited this store I was not only treated very nicely. The prices are reasonable too. They have a great selection of products as well. I love this place so much that I will not spend money in any other place.

I went to visit this beauty Mart on December 10, 2023 with my children. The young man who was in the store, followed me and my children around as if we were going to steal something. I am a woman of color I live in the Holcomb bridge area so I do understand a lot of people thinking that we couldn’t afford to live in this area. However, I felt like I was being discriminated against And me and my kids felt unsafe as I am the mother of two daughters and to have a man follow you around in the store It was disheartening. I will not be shopping at this location ever again as it is the closest to my house. However, I won’t mind the travel time to go somewhere else where my business is Am treated as an equal

I am very disappointed in the business practices of this establishment. I was looking for some temporary spray for my daughter's Halloween costume she wanted to be Coraline. So we needed blue spray. I found what I thought was blue spray and told them I had to go home to get my wallet as I forgot it and didn't realize this until I was in the store. I went all the way home came back so I could purchase the spray. However, within 10 minutes I returned because I tested the spray out on my daughter's hair (in the parking lot, do d not even go home yet) and it was completely invisible. The spray had a bright blue lid so I assumed the spray was blue. I brought it to them and I told them that I needed to exchange it because the color was not working they then pointed to a small sticker on the top

Kaleb (or Caleb) and the entire staff were friendly and super accommodating. They weren’t missing anything, great variety. (Hair care, skin care, products for melanated people , etc.) This is my only beauty supply store moving forward. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice store. Okay area, but not such a good experience dealing with Jenifer, she needs to fix her attitude and tone, did not like how she spoke to me. And I’m heavy on the respect, especially when it’s about dealing with customer service.
