I had an amazing experience with Latoya for my lock maintenance service. Her service was excellent, and she took the time to educate me on my locs and explain the difference between professional lock maintenance and what I should be doing at home to keep my locs healthy. The environment was clean, welcoming, and truly a safe space—it really exemplified Black excellence at its finest. I will definitely be returning and will be sharing her information with others. Old lady named Omeka Damaged my hair I sent over 8 before and after pictures to the owner and her assistant this is a written letter to inform you of my actions against your staff member and company . Tell her don’t do a job you cant obviously do thousands of dollars worth of damage to my hair she did .can’t do iney thing right I paid a lot for my hair over a year span I have before and after pictures of her services these same month I need my hair redone completely witch cost over a 1000 to redo so I’ll get it fixed another way….. omeka lemons and beauty in you lash I’ll see yall in court

She takes her time to do my hair right and I don't feel rushed. My experience with her has been great thus far! I feel like it's all about me when I am there getting my hair done. The owner Latoya is literally an amazing human. She is super talented at doing hair!! She’s always one of the most hardest working women i have had the pleasure of meeting! She worked so hard doing hair AND she’s a registered nurse also raising 2 daughters. A positive romodel for young girls. She hired amazing women who are talented just like her! She’s really got an amazing shop with such s good vibe! It’s so cute in there and welcoming always! Highly recommend for microlinks, braiding, wigs, and dreads! Amazing work!!
