Beauty House

No longer in the neighborhood but this owner has done a remarkable job providing a beauty supply with ethnic hair products along with wigs, weaves and braiding hair. Staff is also polite and informative about hair products and weaves. I been going here over six years and each time I was always left happy and satisfied. Honestly sending many blessings to this the employees to this store

Not a comfortable feeling since a change of management !!! The new owners watch you while you shop and don't care if you see them. Tense feeling while shopping! I'm cool won't be back ever!

This used to be the place to come to for wigs and decent service. I came in to buy a wig, brought my own brand new wig cap and was told that I needed to purchase theirs. I left and got to use my wig cap at a different shop with a cheaper comparable wig. Thanks for the poor service, y'all saved me money.

Absolutely horrible, I completely understand working im retail and wanting to go home but at 7:02 a regular customer comes up and says they just need hairspray to style hair for an event for that night and you turn them away all while laughing at the person?? I went across the street to ELIM they closed at the same time & were also locking the gate and gladly let me into grab my hairspray at 7:06 and I am back in my car now at 7:08. Its simple things like this that make it impossible to support small businesses. Absolutely terrible, as a retail manager myself, there would be serious consequences for these two if behavior like this got back to me about one of my employees.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Do NOT shop here. They are racist towards Black women as a hair care store that caters to predominantly Black Women. I asked the cashier did they accept cash and card, he said yes because I needed to make 2 different purchases. I completed my first transaction and wanted to start on my 2nd. He asked did I have cash and I said no because I gave it to him during the first transaction. The second transaction was $2 and some change. NO where in the store does it say there’s a $5 minimum. He got upset when I said I was using my card. He also gets beside himself and says “you misunderstood but I’ll accept it for now”. I said you did not explain that prior to the transaction.
